Feedback received by our Customer Support Centre suggests that our members want more specific details when it comes to their post likes. Currently, members can only see the number of likes per post (including status updates, media, blog and date idea posts).
We will be introducing a new feature that will allow members to see a grid display of members that have liked their posts. This functionality will be accessible to VIP members only across our Next-Gen platform, adding to the benefits of upgrading to a paid subscription. Making this change will increase engagement between members of the various communities across our platform, and encourage members to post more due to the enhanced insights they’d get from doing so.
Non VIP members will be presented with a pop up when the number of likes on a post is clicked, prompting them to upgrade to a VIP membership in order to take full advantage of this new feature. We expect this to further improve the free to paid upgrade rates across our Next-Gen platform when launched in the coming weeks!
