We are working hard to ensure we are following the best practices that will help us keep our staff safe in these uncertain times. As of Monday 23rd March, the entire HubStars team has been working remotely, ensuring both the wellbeing of our staff at this difficult time as well as the continued smooth operation of the business. We’re very proud of how quickly our team is adapting to this new working situation and how everyone is pulling together to make it as seamless as possible.
We can confirm that HubStars is still fully operational. In fact the platform has never been so busy – we recorded over 100k new user registrations and 750k user logins in a 24 hour period over the weekend. We have scaled up our data centre capacity over the weekend and all systems are working well. We are making further tweaks to the platform to take advantage of the higher audience engagement. Conversion rates have remained consistent overall and we hope that our longstanding approach to online communities will equip us well for the future.
