The Role

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Marketing Manager / Head of Marketing who wants to own the entire marketing function for HubStars.Dating, a range of online dating brands and work with partners to grow their online business. The company is expanding so this is an incredibly exciting time to join the team. Key responsibilities: 

  • Own the overall B2B marketing strategy for HubStars.Dating & B2C marketing strategies for a range of global online dating brands 
  • Develop the annual advertising and communications strategy and plan 
  • Define/redefine online dating brands shaping the tone and personality of each niche brand 
  • Building and nurturing an in-house team of marketing managers and executives to deliver business growth
  • Overseeing all marketing communication outputs from the company and implementing initiatives that deliver return on investment
  • Develop relationships with key partners to offer strategic recommendations and development to grow partner brands 
  • Ownership of the  acquisitions channels including Paid Search, SEO, Social Media & Influencer Marketing
  • Ownership of internal and external communications including email marketing to both partners and platform users 

 

Skills & Experience:

  • Demonstrable experience in marketing at management level, preferably with an online brand
  • Detailed working knowledge of a wide range of marketing techniques including digital marketing, social media marketing and advertising, PPC & PR
  • Ability to always handle multiple brands and initiatives as well as being able to react quickly to new opportunities that arise in a growing market 
  • A self-starting attitude and a strong work ethic with experience in a fast paced environment 
  • Strong communication skills and comfortable working across departments
  • Strategic thinker with a thirst for continuous learning and a career in a dedicated industry
