Key responsibilities: 

  • Own the day-to-day management of paid campaigns from planning to execution to continual optimisation. 
  • Assist the Head of Marketing in strategic planning and forecasting for marketing activity across a range of online dating brands 
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure campaign set up and execution runs smoothly with wider marketing initiatives 
  • Gather campaign data and produce reports on performance against KPIs
  • Work closely with the Partner Management team to provide insights and opportunities for partners acquisition growth
  • Continuously look for new opportunities within the paid media market and present ways they can apply for growth globally 
  • Support the Social Influencer outreach program to drive exposure to the brands 
  • Assist in the management of marketing events and campaigns across all marketing channels 
  • Carry out keyword research to recommend & implement improvements across Paid Search and Organic Search campaigns 


Skills & Experience:

  • 3 years+ experience in a digital marketing position 
  • Experience of managing large budget paid campaigns
  • Experience of paid search, social media, SEO and email marketing
  • Knowledge of website UX design and landing page creation 
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks in a fast paced environment  
  • Excellent organisational skills, project/deadline management, and time management
