Total revenue across the platform increased by 9% month on month, supported by recent developments and improvements to the platform which in turn increased our partner rebill revenue by 12%.
We experienced strong growth during the month of July, with registrations increasing by 7% vs June. The quality of the traffic followed suit with verified registrations increasing by 7% month on month.
The conversion team have been busy optimising each stage of the member sign up flow, with particular focus on making small but effective updates to device specific layouts. This has resulted in a whopping 15% reduction in drop out rates from page view to entering your gender as shown below.
There has also been an impressive 17% reduction in drop out rates from entering the password stage to completion of the sign up form as shown below.
The testing to our sign up process is ongoing, our conversion team will vigorously test each section of the sign up flow in order to improve the entire process as thoroughly as possible.
Our USA network is continuing to show strong growth with 30% of the territory mix, lifting 2.3% vs June. Australia and Canada have also displayed strong territory performance, both increasing 4% month on month. Our New Zealand market experienced a good boost after our acquisition team launched new campaigns in our BDSM and Casual Hookup niches, resulting in the NZ territory mix increasing by 12% month on month.

Google Android Hotfix
You may have noticed lower than average registrations on Friday 24th- Saturday 25th August. A recent update affecting Android devices impacted some new user registrations. Platforms affected are Affinity, Unity and Excite. Our Development team have put in a fix for this issue over the weekend and we can confirm that registrations are again operating as normal on Android.
We have been working closely with this partner over the last few months to help maximise their HubStars account to it’s full potential. We scheduled a consultation day at our West Coast office in Scotland which allowed our Sales and Acquisition team to sit down and discuss a proposed future strategy with this partner. During their visit we were able to refine targeting, adjust landers and action strategies for expanding into new markets.
This partner was willing to try new methods which soon paid off, resulting in their number of payments increasing by 22% month on month and their upgrade % increasing by a whopping 349% vs June! Daily initial revenue increased by 19% along with email verified registrations which lifted by 10% month on month. By refining their targeting they were able to increase the number of payments and improve the quality of their traffic without necessarily increasing the volume.
